Call for Projects

The West Michigan Prosperity Alliance (WMPA) is again soliciting projects from across its 13-county region.   To learn more about the West Michigan Prosperity Alliance and view the list of projects submitted for the last call, please visit www.gvmc.org/wmrpa.

Project Call and Selection Process

1.   Complete the attached form and send electronically to Syndi Copeland at    SCopeland@wmsrdc.org  no later than September 1, 2018.  Entire project submission should be no longer than 5 pages.

 2.   A review committee will evaluate each project nomination based on the following criteria:

a.   Long-term impact & sustainability of project

b.   Regional Impact – proportion of the Region potentially impacted by the project

c.   Provide employment opportunities to people with a variety of skill levels in a variety of employment sectors

d.   Recognizes Region’s strengths and challenges

e.   Project promotes and supports public and private partnerships and fund leveraging

f.    Addressing of one of the key indicators in the West Michigan Regional www.wmdashboard.org/dashboard with narrative explaining how project will move dashboard indicator forward.
