Draft FY2023 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) and Cost Allocation Plan Open for Public Comment
The draft FY2023 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) and corresponding FY2023 Cost Allocation Plan are complete and open for public comment! The documents will be brought to the Policy Committee and GVMC Board for approval at the meetings below. Opportunities for the public to comment will be available at both meetings.

The FY2023 UPWP incorporates all federally assisted state, regional, and local transportation planning activities proposed to be undertaken in the region during the fiscal year as well as GVMC’s annual operating budget. It provides a process for the coordination and collaboration of transportation planning activities in the study area and is required as a basis and condition for all federal funding assistance for transportation planning.
If you wish to comment on the draft documents but are unable to attend one of these meetings, comments will be accepted up until GVMC’s Board meeting on Thursday, June 2. The UPWP document and the Cost Allocation Plan, as well as additional information, can be viewed here, and hard copies are available upon request.
