GIS Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
Supervised By: Director of GIS Services
General Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of GIS Services, performs various technical functions associated with GIS data management, complex data analysis, cartography, user training, research and presentation of GIS applications in multiple disciplines. Assist with delivery of a multi-level user training program. Provides support for more advanced GIS applications such ArcGIS Enterprise, ESRI Field Maps, ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap etc. Duties also include designing and maintaining spatial data layers and associated databases, and recommending workflows to create and maintain spatial data. GIS Analyst also acts as a major participant in the development and implementation of standards. The position also performs project coordination and management for consortium-wide projects.
Hours Per Week: 40
Compensation: Salary $55,000 – $72,000 DOQ plus an attractive benefit package.
