Air Quality Conformity Report for FY2023-2026 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Available for Public Comment
The Transportation Conformity Determination Report for the 1997 Ozone NAAQS for the GVMC 2023-2026 Transportation Improvement Program is complete and open for public comment. This report documents the air quality conformity process for the GVMC Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), the WestPlan TIP, the MACC’s TIP, as well as the STIP in Kent and Ottawa Counties, and shows that these documents meet federal transportation conformity requirements in 40 CFR Part 93.
The Transportation Conformity Determination Report for the 1997 Ozone NAAQS is subject to public comment. GVMC’s public comment for the document will run from Monday, May 2nd through Monday, May 16th. Please submit comments to Andrea Faber by email, phone (616.776.7603), or online using the “submit a comment” button on our Air Quality Conformity or TIP pages. Comments received will be recognized and considered, and a response provided. On Wednesday, May 18, at the regularly scheduled Policy Committee meeting, the Policy Committee will be asked to make a formal conformity determination through a resolution.
