Draft FY2024 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) Open for Public Comment

The draft FY2024 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is complete and available for public comment! The document will be brought to the Policy Committee and GVMC Board for approval at the meetings below. Opportunities for public comment will be available at both meetings.

The FY2024 UPWP incorporates all federally assisted state, regional, and local transportation planning activities proposed to be undertaken in the region during the fiscal year as well as GVMC’s annual operating budget. It provides a process for the coordination and collaboration of transportation planning activities in the study area and is required as a basis and condition for all federal funding assistance for transportation planning.

If you wish to comment on the draft document but are unable to attend one of these meetings, comments will be accepted up until GVMC’s June 1st Board meeting. The UPWP document can be viewed here, and hard copies are available upon request.
